Project Description: Existing Terminal and associated Facilities at Muscat International Airport, Oman
4FMS Services:
Consultancy services related to Airside and Landside outsourcing over 5 year contract term for Airport Cleaning & Pest Control, Waste Management (collection and disposal), Landscaping and Internal Plants and Management Information System
- Phase 1:
- Audit of existing Contractors outsourced Contracts and Service Specifications
- Preparation of Services Specifications Gap Analysis
- Preparation of Facilities Tender and Prequalification Documentation
- Preparation of Tenderers Prequalification evaluation criteria and points system
- Site survey, clarification session with Client and submission of documentation
- Review of Facilities Tenderers Prequalification submissions and issue report with recommendations on eligible shortlist of Tenderers
- Preparation of evaluation criteria and points system for RFP and Tender submissions
- Preparation of RFP, Tender and FM Output & Input Specifications and Conditions of Contract Documents:
- 1st draft Tender documents and Appendices
- Final Tender documents and Appendices
- Phase 2:
- Review of Tenderers site visit / briefing queries and clarifications and issue consolidated response to Client
- Review of Tenderers bid clarification queries and clarifications during Tender process and issue consolidated response to Client
- Evaluate Tenderers Technical and Financial bid submissions and produce Report with recommendations
- Attend meetings and presentation of Tender evaluation report and recommendations
