Scott Wilson - Managing Director
Scott Wilson is a facilities and estate management specialist with over 30 years of international leadership experience across the Middle East and Africa. As Founder and Managing Director of 4 Facilities Management Solutions (4FMS), he advises developers, government entities, and asset owners on estate management, facilities management strategy, operational transformation, service charge modelling, technology implementation, and large-scale asset mobilization. His experience spans some of the region’s most significant developments, including NEOM, One Za’abeel, DIFC, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Expo City Dubai, and major healthcare and aviation projects throughout the GCC.
