Project Description: The new hospital is under construction on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi and on completion (2 phases) will comprise 200 hospital beds.
4FMS Services:
- Phase 1: Review District Cooling Agreement between Client (Blue Apple Healthcare) and PAL District Cooling
- Phase 2: Review of FM Contractor Tender submissions (Facilities Engineering Services-FEM) and Biomedical Engineering Maintenance-BEM) and conduct interviews with 2 no. bidders
- Issue Tender Evaluation report and recommendations including performance / KPI recommendations
- Phase 3: Review and revisions of selected FM Contractor 5-year Services Agreement for Facilities Engineering Maintenance (FEM) and Biomedical Engineering Maintenance (BEM), Landscape & Irrigation
- Review of FM Contractor CAFM / KPI automation strategy
- Review of FM Contractor mobilisation plan and programme (including CAFM Implementation Plan)
