Project Description: Wadi Safar is a large horizontal development within the wider DGDA development scheme located some 45km from Riyadh. Wadi Safar has a land area of approximately 60km2. The project focuses on a luxury natural retreat offering attractions for domestic and international visitors and residents. The development includes farm plots, hospitality and leisure (hotels, branded villa residences, golf course, equestrian park, sports facilities) and associated public realm infrastructure, utilities, community facilities, parks, trails and public space.
