- Utilities Metering and Submetering Strategy and Solutions
- Phase 1:
- Utilities (cooling, power, water, gas)
- Review and development of utilities metering engineering strategy reports including options and recommendations and compliance with good industry standards and RERA requirements
- Liaison and coordination with legal advisor who provided the revised Building Management Statement
(BMS) to comply with DLD and RERA - Presentation of final utilities metering and submetering strategy to Emaar
