Project Description: DPW Pavilion World Expo 2020 of approx. 9,230m2 (BUA) is currently under construction and is one of the many “country” Pavilions within the World Expo development. Following the completion of the Expo Pavilion the building will transition in legacy mode, to be used, post fit-out stage, as a permanent logistics and training institute.
4FMS Services:
- Initial Tasks, Inception Report and Recommendations FM Services for 6 months Expo 2020 Event and migration / re-development for Expo City
- FM Tender Procurement (24/7 services):
- Maintenance
- Cleaning and Pest Control
- CAFM / Helpdesk and interface with Expo 2020 Event system
- Interfaced FM
- Catering Services
- Fit out Services
- FM contracts for Expo Event 2020 and for post Expo City services including fit-outs and transition (5 years)
- Developed a 5-year project plan and RFP, tender documentation and FM contract and budget for both Expo 2020 and transition into the Expo City Legacy Project
