Project Description: Aviv Clinics Dubai opened in JLT in the first quarter of 2021. The 7,000 square meter Clinic pairs innovative and pioneering medical technology with an outstanding experience and service. The Aviv Medical Program has opened a new frontier to what many consider the biggest healthcare game-changer in decades: enhancing brain and body performance, and the reversing of the biology of aging.
4FMS Services:
The Consultant scope includes engagement with the Client and his development team to develop a comprehensive FM Scope of Work, Tendering Services, Tender review evaluation & recommendations and managing in cooperation with the DPW team the appointment of and handing over process for all FM contracted Services (including Facilities Engineering Maintenance (FEM) and Biomedical Engineering Maintenance (BEM)). Cleaning and Janitorial Services, Management of CAFM and BMS and specialist
subcontractors.
- CAFM & Helpdesk: Specifications & Evaluation (part of FMO): Supply, configuration and operations by FMO
- Linen & Laundry: RFP & Evaluation Linen, Laundry, Dry Cleaning and staff uniform Services
- Waste Management: Development of 2 no. RFP’s (general waste & clinical waste) including Service Specifications and Tender Evaluation
- Soft Services: To also include Specifications for Receptionists, Valet Parking, Drivers under FMO Contract
- Security Equipment: Maintenance of Security equipment specifications as part of FMO Scope
- FMD Interfaces: Scope, requirement, specifications for all interfaces between FMO Services, Security, Medical Equipment, Waste Management, Catering and Linen / Laundry Services and interfaces FMO and Clinical operations
