Project Description: Majid Al Futtaim Properties is the leading Developer and Owner of shopping malls in the Middle East which include 12 large Malls and 5 Community Malls in Dubai, Sharjah, Fujairah, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt and Lebanon.

4FMS Services:

  • FM and Asset audit of MAFP FM Service Provider at Deira City Centre Mall, Dubai
  • Review MAFP current “as is” Facilities Management outsourcing strategy, existing FM Contracts and Pricing Models at10 MAFP Malls in the Middle East and develop a new “to be” FM Strategy and Contract Pricing Model including Performance Management Parameters
  • Carry out condition and performance audits and review of MAFP Maintenance Services Contracts and Maintenance Contractor at Deira City Centre Mall in Dubai
  • Develop new Master Maintenance Contract, Scope of Services, Service Specifications, Performance Management System & Pricing Schedules for all existing & new MAFP Malls in the region and 2 new Malls in Egypt
  • Manage implementation of new CAFM system utilised by MAFP’s FM Contractor across all Malls including automated Performance Measurement & Management System
  • Preparation of new Contract Guidance Document and training of MAFP and FM Contractor staff in 6 Middle East locations
  • Training of MAFP Mall Management and FM Service Provider staff on new performance-based contract

 

SKI DUBAI & SKI EGYPT:

Majid Al Futtaim has an existing internal ski slope called “Ski Dubai” within its Mall of Emirates Shopping Mall and a new “Ski Egypt” under construction at one of its new shopping malls in Egypt.

  • Attendance at Progress review meetings with client & MAFP (MOE Dubai) & issue Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
  • Drafting of new Maintenance Contracts for Ski Dubai:
    • Part 1: Conditions of Contract
    • Part 2: Scope & Service Specifications
    • Part 3: Performance Management System
    • Part 4: Pricing Schedules, Part 5: Conditions & Services of Particular Application
  • Performance Management System (PMS) Model: Issue draft, revisions & final Excel spreadsheet PMS Model
  • MAFP / Enova FM Pricing
  • Review and agree with MAFP and client methods for pricing: MAFP resources, MAFP subcontractors (including differential margins), spare parts (including inventory management / transfer & new Contract date existing asset stock & management / procurement responsibilities MAFP for Ski Dubai), Additional Services & Variations
  • MAFP Management Resource Team (Ski Dubai):
  • Review and comment on proposed job descriptions and resource team CV’s (Management only) and provide report and recommendations
  • Operations Manual: Preparation of Operations Manual including service checklists for MAFP to manage outsourced
