- RFP, Procurement, Evaluation and negotiations to closure of CAFM Vendor Contract
- Management of CAFM Vendor Implementation including trial testing of Performance Management System and automated KPI’s
- Training assistance to FM Contractor on Asset Data Collection, generation of PPM’s and KPI compliance
- Development of Integrated Management System (IMS) Manual and HSE Manual for FM Operations
