Mubadala employs more than 100,000 staff, 50+ businesses and investments.

MDC Business Management Services (MDCBMS) is a multifunctional Shared Services company supporting key business management operations of the Mubadala Group. MDCBMS was established in 2014 to support Mubadala Group growth as a global organisation encompassing Facilities and Property Management and Business Process outsourcing for Finance, Human Resources IT, Procurement and Office Support Services.

4FMS Services:

  • Review Operating Model report on UAE University (FM/PM) PPP (25 years contract) and CAFM applications
  • Review of client FM and PM Service Delivery Model and Strategy
  • Review of FM and PM Organisation Structure (functional & positional)
  • Develop new FM and PM Transformation Operations Model
  • Development of new organisation and resource structure (including merger of BMS Construction Management Services (CMS) entity with BMS Facility Management and Property Management entities)
  • Review of Technology Systems including Oracle (Finance, Procurement, Property Management & Facilities Management)
  • CAFM System, business process workflows (87 no.) including interfaces with Oracle (Finance, Procurement & Property Management) and integration with CAFM / Oracle
  • Develop FM contract outsourcing bundling strategy
