Project Description: The project consists of 3 no. Malls as follows: Achrafieh Mall, Dbayeh Mall, and Verdun Mall.
4FMS Services:
- Audit of FM service provider services, asset data and CAFM
- Review of existing FM self-delivery model and recommendations report; Review of new Tripartite Agreement (Client / FM Service Providers & Specialist Subcontractors)
- CAFM
- Development of revised CAFM Functionality Specification; Preparation of new CAFM System RFP; CAFM Evaluation Report; Development of CAFM Business Processes for automation in CAFM;
- Development of Integrated Management System (IMS) Manual and Health & Safety Manual (bespoke Policies & Procedures for all 3 Malls)
- Onsite training of new mall management team
